Horizontal positional accuracy tested by visual comparison of the data with hard copy maps and on-screen with existing data sets that cover the same area. Using Presidential Proclamations, public laws, deed information and Lands Office Map, add attributes to PLSS data which show the date each section or partial section was added to or removed from the monument, which document authorized the change, and which deed(s) applied.
