National Park Service Intermountain Region GIS Support Office 2001 This is an Arc/Info line coverage of the aqueduct system in Lake Meredith National Recreation Area. This coverage contains only a section of the existing aqueduct system. The entire aqueduct system includes about 323 miles of pipeline, 10 pumping plants, and 3 regulating reservoirs. The primary purpose of this aqueduct system is to supply water to the Texas cities of Amarillo, Borger, Brownfield, Lamesa, Levelland, Lubbock, O'Donnell, Pampa, Plainview, Slaton, and Tahoka.
